Personal update - I’ve left my position as Web Marketing Manager and today launched my new business, New Tune Media. It’s been a plan in the works for a couple of months now and I wish my previous employer all the best. I’m so excited about the opportunities within my grasp now.

So, what is New Tune Media? If you’ve read any other posts here, you can probably ascertain that it has something to do with domains. Think of it like regular real estate. I buy domains and sell them for a profit or hold for the residual income the domains bring in. I can either buy and sell to an interested party without doing any work on the domain or I can develop the site using my experience in design, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, community development and traffic monetization to create high quality market sites matching interested parties and hold the domains for residual income or sell the project off. It’s not a difficult concept, no mysterious buzz words here, but requires a lot of creativity to execute successfully.

I’m heading to Mexico next week for a vacation and am trying to force myself to take the month off because I know it’ll be a long time before I have the chance to take time off like this again, but I’m so excited that it’s proving very difficult.
